Most items that you buy from Google Store are eligible for return. You can return the items within 15 days from the time you received them. Learn more about Google Store return policy.
To check your device warranty for certain devices and learn if you’re eligible for a return, go to the Warranty Helper.
Start your return
- Find the item you want to return in your Order History.
- Under the order, select View or edit order.
- On the "Order Details" page, go to your order.
- In your order, select Return.
Tips:
- If you're unable to return an item, it’s because either:
- The return period for your device has passed.
- Your delivery carrier hasn’t been dispatched yet. If it hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel or change your order.
- If you purchased from an approved third-party retailer, contact the retailer to return.
Prepare to ship your return
Important: If you purchase 2 items that come in one shipment, you must return each one individually in its own box with its own return label.
