You can track your item’s replacement or learn more about replacement options. Learn how to start a replacement.

Track your new device replacement

Important: If you’re issued a replacement as a result of a repair request, you can check your repair status.

To check the status of your replacement, go to your repair and replacement history.

All countries & regions except Australia:

  • You’ll get an email with your tracking info for the return or replacement of your device.

Find a missing email after you start a replacement

If you didn’t get a return instruction email after the replacement process starts, you can check your spam folder or contact Google Store Support.

If you get an email with a broken link after the replacement process starts, you can contact Google Store Support.

Check the spam folder for an email from googlestore-noreply@google.com.
