You can get help with your Pixel phone in several ways.

Note: Some of these steps work only on Android 8.0 and up. Learn how to check your Android version.

Talk with us

From your Pixel

  1. Open your device’s Settings app Settings app.
  2. Tap Tips & support.
  3. Tap Chat or Phone.
  4. Type your information. Tap Send Send.
  5. We’ll call or chat you!

Tip: To have your hands free during a call, turn up your speaker or use headphones.

From a computer

You can open the Pixel Phone Help Center and click Contact Us at the top right of any page.

Learn about the setting you're checking

When you're checking or changing a setting on your Pixel device, you can get help with that setting.

  1. Open your device’s Settings app Settings app.
  2. Tap the setting.
  3. Tap Help Help.

Note: If you don't see "Help," you're running a different Android version. Tap More More and then Help & feedback.

Search by topic or keyword

To read about what you can do with with your Pixel device, and learn how to troubleshoot issues:

  1. Open your device’s Settings app Settings app.
  2. Tap Tips & support.
  3. Pick how you'd like to find your information.
    • To read a suggested article, tap it.
    • To search for a topic, tap where it says "Describe your issue."
    • To see what topics there are, tap Browse all articles.

You can also visit the Pixel Phone Help Center from any device using a browser, like Chrome or Firefox.

Tip: To find a setting instead of information, open your Settings app and tap Search Search.
