You can return most items that you buy from the Google Store within 15 calendar days after the day you receive them.

Extended return policy for 2023 holiday seasonOur extended return policy starts on November 16, 2023, with the same easy return process at no charge.
- All purchases made from November 16, 2023, through December 31, 2023, can start a return through January 15, 2024.
- If the standard return policy for your purchase offers a date past January 15, 2023, you’ll receive the later return end date.
- The standard return window is 15 or 30 days after receipt depending on the product (see below).
- Some exceptions apply:
- AT&T phones can be returned 14 days after receipt.
- Verizon phones can be returned 30 days after receipt.
- SIM cards are non-returnable.
- Devices bought on Fi Store or Fitbit.com are subject to separate policies.
- All purchases made on January 1, 2024, or later are subject to the standard return policy.
- To check the return window for your item, go to your Order History.
- You can return these items within 30 calendar days after receipt:
- Thermostats
- Verizon contract phones
- For AT&T contract phones, you have 14 days after receipt to return the device.
- SIM cards aren’t returnable.
- The return process also applies to orders delivered in person or bought during delivery and installation appointments. All items purchased during delivery and installation appointments are subject to OnTech's return policy.
- After you start the return process:
- You have 14 days to complete the return.
- Your refund goes to the payment method you used, minus any delivery related costs, no more than 14 days from when your device is received.
- Nothing here affects the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for consumers based in the EU. Learn about Google Store’s sales terms.
