- Expanding mentions to all channels: All channels can now use the '@' symbol to mention other channels or be mentioned regardless of their subscriber counts. Learn more.

- New Subtitle Editor permissions level in YouTube Studio: With the role of Subtitle Editor, you can give trusted users the option to add and edit subtitles on videos where you've set a default language. Channel Memberships Gifting Beta: We're introducing ways for channel members to buy a one-month gift membership for others. On participating channels, members can buy gift memberships during live streams and Premieres, which we'll distribute to viewers of the channel. Once redeemed, gift memberships give viewers up to one month of channel membership perks. Learn more.

- Stricter setting for potentially inappropriate comment moderation: We're rolling out a new optional setting in YouTube Studio that gives creators more control over potentially inappropriate comments on their channels. The 'Increase strictness' setting holds more comments for review when detecting potentially inappropriate content that creators may wish to keep out of their channel's published comments. Learn more.
