I have questions about or issues with streaming limits.

NFL Sunday Ticket student membership subscribers are limited to one signed-in device and one concurrent stream at a time. Learn more.

There's no limit to the number of streams that you get while watching NFL Sunday Ticket at your home. For example, you can tune in on your living room TV while a family member watches on their tablet in a different room and another member watches at the same time on their phone connected to your home Wi-Fi. There's no limit to the number of devices that you can use to sign in.

Outside your home, you can watch on up to two separate streams.

Set a home network

If you've moved or you're having trouble with unlimited in-home streams, make sure that you 'Set a home network' using the YouTube TV app to enjoy unlimited streams.

Note: YouTube TV is separate from the YouTube app. Look for 'YouTube TV' on your smart TV or streaming device's app menu. Once you've successfully set your home network using the YouTube TV app, you can enjoy unlimited NFL Sunday Ticket streams on this network regardless of which app/website that you use (YouTube or YouTube TV).

You can set up your home network on smart TVs only. To set your current Wi-Fi network as your YouTube TV home network, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Connect the smart TV to your home Wi-Fi.
  2. Download and open the YouTube TV app on the smart TV.
  3. Sign in to the YouTube TV app.
  4. Select your profile photo and then Settings and then Streaming limits.
  5. At the bottom, select Set current network as home.
  6. Confirm that you are seeing the green tick that says 'Connected to home Network'.
Note: If you have access via a family group, only the family manager can set the current network as home. Other family members can't see this option.

If you can't see the 'Set home network' or 'Connected to home network' option:

  • Ensure that you're using the right app (YouTube TV and not YouTube) and accessing that app on a smart TV, not a mobile device or computer.
  • Check if you're logged in to the right account that has an NFL Sunday Ticket membership.
  • Check if you're outside your home location. You should only follow these steps if you're at home and connected to your preferred home Wi-Fi network.

If you can't see the green tick or see an error message that says 'Couldn't update. Try again', repeat the above steps.
