You need 3 pieces of information to sign up
Your organization's Internet domain name
This should be the primary domain where you plan to use Google services, such as www.example.com (where example.com is your unique name). You can use a domain name you already own. Or, we can help you purchase a new domain during the sign-up process.
I want to bring my own domain
During sign-up, follow the instructions to use your existing domain. It must be a domain name you currently own. In fact, before you start using your domain with Google services, we'll ask you to verify your ownership. To do this, you need to be able to access your domain's DNS settings or the source files on your domain's web server.
You don't need to transfer your domain to us—you can still maintain an account with your domain host. We just enable services for your domain. Who is my domain host?
Using the domain with another Google Cloud account? Before signing up the domain for a new account here, you must remove it from the other account.
Tip: You can sign up for G Suite and keep using your current email provider. Click Skip Gmail activation during setup.

A personal username to use with G Suite services
The personal username in your domain that you’ll use with Google services, as in firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll use this name (along with a password) to sign in to your G Suite account and manage services for your organization. You’ll also use it as your email address (if you’re using Gmail), and with all your other G Suite services.
An email address that's not in your G Suite domain
If you forget how to sign in to your G Suite account, we'll need to be able to reach you at an address that doesn't require accessing your account. This address must be a valid address not in your G Suite domain (e.g. your personal Gmail address) where you currently receive mail and will continue doing so while using G Suite.
After you sign up, we'll take you to your Google Admin console where you can verify domain ownership (if you signed up an existing domain) and continue setting up services for your users.
