There are support options to repair Pixel phones for issues covered and not covered by the warranty. Your repair options depend on your phone's warranty and your location.

  1. To start the repair process in a supported country or region, go to Google Store Repair services.
    Tip: You'll need to sign into your Google Account.
  2. Select a device or enter your device's IMEI or serial number and make sure that it’s the correct device.
  3. In Step 1, select all the issues with your device and then Next.
    Tips:
    • We have to repair all damages with the phone, whether covered by your warranty or not.
    • Make sure to select all issues. You'll be charged for any repairs not covered by your warranty.
  4. In Step 2, choose how you want your phone repaired: In-store service or Mail-In repair and then Next.
    Tip: Walk-in service is only available in selected countries. Repair options may vary.
  5. To complete the next steps, either:
    • Confirm mail-in details.
    • Find the nearest walk-in location.

Tip: If you plan to use walk-in service, first call the repair center to book an appointment and confirm parts availability.

Check warranty status before you start your repair

  1. Pixel Phones, Pixel Tablet, Pixel Watch: To check your warranty status in a supported country or region, go to the Google Store Repair center or visit Your devices.
    Tip: You'll need to sign into your Google Account.
  2. Google Nest and Pixel Buds: Repairs aren't available for these devices. To check your device warranty status and options, you can go to Warranty Helper.
    Tip: The Warranty Helper is currently available in English language only.
  3. Fitbit: Repairs aren’t available for these devices. To check your device warranty status and options, go to File a warranty claim for your Fitbit device.

Tip: To learn more about the limited warranty on your Pixel phone:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings app.
  2. Tap and then About Phone and then Limited Warranty.

Find your device serial or IMEI

Send your device for repair

You can choose how you want your device repaired. Before you send your phone in for repairs, back up your data and remove the SIM card. For many Pixel phones, you can turn on Repair Mode.

Tip: Walk-in service is only available for phones.

On your device, make sure to back up your data:

Factory reset your device

A factory reset deletes all data saved on your device. If you can’t delete all data from your device before you send it for repair, sign out of your Google Account and they’ll reset it for you.
