Monthly spend bid strategies with a clicks goal are being deprecated and will be replaced by budget bid strategies. Beginning the week of August 12, 2019, you won't be able to create new monthly spend bid strategies with a clicks goal. Additionally, you won't be able to add any new entities to existing clicks goal strategies.

While you can turn off the cross-environment setting, the best practice is to leave this setting turned on. Existing Floodlight columns, bid strategies, and goals are not affected by this change.
