This article shows you how to navigate between different accounts in Search Ads 360. For more general background about account structure, read About Search Ads 360 manager accounts.
Check which account you’re viewing
The navigation menu shows shows a chain of account names starting with the manager account (visible only if you're signed in at the manager level) and ending with the client account you’re currently viewing.

For example, if signed in to a manager account and you're currently viewing a Google Ads client account, you'll see something like this: If you're signed in to a sub-manager account, you'll see something like this: |
Manager account, sub-manager account, or client account?
In the account list, client accounts are always preceded by a product icon:
Hoopers - Google Ads 123-45-6789
Hoopers - Microsoft Advertising 345-45-8900
Manager and sub-manager accounts are not associated with a product icon:
Hooper's Store 0987-54-321
Navigate to another account
In your manager account, there are multiple ways to navigate to sub-manager accounts and client accounts.
In the navigation menu
Click the down arrow to view the list of sub-manager and client accounts. Then click the name of a sub-manager account or a client account.
In the account list, you can do any of the following:
Search for sub-manager and client accounts by name | |
Select a sub-manager or client account you've recently viewed | |
Browse sub-manager and client accounts |
In the Accounts and Campaigns pages
If you navigate to a manager or sub-manager account and click Accounts or Campaigns from the page menu on the left, the "Account" column shows your accounts. You can navigate to an account by clicking the account name in the column.
By default, the tables in the Accounts and Campaigns page are in list view and show only accounts that are directly linked to the manager account you're currently in. If you're signed in to and scoped to a manager account, you can switch to a hierarchy view that shows not only your directly linked accounts, but also indirectly linked accounts that are managed by your sub-managers. In the account list on the Performance tab, you can do any of the following:

If you're scoped to a manager account, the "List view" button appears above the table. This indicates that the table only shows accounts that are directly contained by the current account. To see the full hierarchy of manager, sub-manager, and client accounts, click , which changes the table into "Hierarchy view". |
