Retailer info

Supported merch retailers

The merch shelf and related merch features support these merch platforms and retailers:

Merch Platforms

Merch Retailers:
Note: Only the listed merch retailers (not the listed merch platforms) are available to Official Artist Channels.

Platforms and retailers are solely responsible for supporting local currencies. We will not be able to display merch features to viewers in countries/regions for which retailers and platforms do not support local currency. Go to platforms’ and retailers’ websites for the most up-to-date info on their local currency support.
Here are the currencies available for merch features with the supported merch platforms:

  • Spreadshop: Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Danish Krone (DKK), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Swedish Krona (SEK), US Dollar (USD)

  • Teespring: Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), US Dollar (USD)

If you sell your official branded merchandise with any of these retailers, view our set of instructions to turn on the merch shelf.

If you'd like to explore the option of working with any of the above retailers, click the link to their site. We’re open to working with additional retailers. Interested parties can get in touch with their YouTube representative to learn more.

Your official merch retailer (not Google) will continue to be responsible for all aspects of merch sales including, but not limited to, merchandising, warehousing, order fulfillment, refunds, customer service, inventory management, and creator or artist payment.

Data sharing between retailers and Google

Data relating to merchandise sales and visits will be shared between retailers and Google for product improvements and to provide relevant analytics to you. For example, we may share data we receive from your retailer on total monthly merchandise sales in your YouTube Studio. We may also use this data to assess whether new features help drive more sales for your channel. Retailers receive data relating to traffic coming from YouTube merch features for their analytics.
Your retailer’s handling and use of merch data will be governed by their own terms and conditions including their privacy policy. Google’s handling and use of such merch data will be governed by our Privacy Policy. Be sure to read and understand these policies.
