啟用 Google Workspace for Nonprofits

開始使用

如果貴機構有 Google 非營利版帳戶，就有資格申請非營利機構專屬的 Google Workspace 方案：

• Google Workspace for Nonprofits (免費使用)
• Business Standard (非營利機構優惠：二五折以上)
• Business Plus (非營利機構優惠：二八折以上)
• Enterprise Standard 和 Enterprise Plus (非營利機構享三折以上優惠)

比較各項優惠方案的特色。

啟用 Google Workspace for Nonprofits

前往 Google 非營利網站，使用貴機構的管理權限帳戶登入。在「Google Workspace for Nonprofits」下方，點選「開始使用」。系統會詢問貴機構目前是否使用 Google Workspace。

如果貴機構目前未採用 Google Workspace，並且需要註冊：

1. 系統會引導你開始免付費試用 Google Workspace for Nonprofits 14 天，最多可讓 10 位使用者試用 Google Workspace 的功能。詳情請參閱「關於 Google Workspace 免費試用期」。

2. 驗證 Google Workspace 網域。

3. 在 14 天試用期內，請透過 Google 非營利版帳戶驗證你的網域擁有權。
   1. 使用管理員帳戶登入 Google 非營利計畫 (注意：這不是 Google Workspace 帳戶)。
   2. 找出 Google Workspace for Nonprofits 產品，按一下「開始使用」。
   3. 輸入網域，按一下「啟用」。
4. 我們會在 3 個工作天內審查你的申請，並透過電子郵件通知你網域是否升級成功。

如果貴機構目前正在使用 Google Workspace

1. 提供網域資訊，我們會確認你使用的 Google Workspace 版本。

2. 我們會顯示貴非營利機構網域適用的 Google Workspace 優惠方案。

3. 按照步驟選取適合的 Google Workspace 方案，按一下「啟用」。

我們會在 3 個工作天內審查你的申請，並透過電子郵件通知你網域是否升級成功，如需執行額外步驟才能享有 Google Workspace Business 和 Enterprise 版本的折扣價格，也會一併說明。
