Application process

Follow the steps below to get started with Google for Nonprofits. 

What you'll need:

Nonprofit organizations in countries where Google for Nonprofits is available must be approved before enrolling in products.

  • Your organization's TechSoup validation token.

TechSoup work with local partners around the world to validate organizations like yours.

When you're ready to proceed, follow these steps to sign up for Google for Nonprofits: 

1. Read the eligibility guidelines.

Not all nonprofit organizations are eligible for the Google for Nonprofits program. Read the eligibility guidelines before applying to see if your nonprofit is likely to be approved.

2. Fill out the application form.

All organizations must be registered with TechSoup or or their in-country partner in order to be validated as a nonprofit organization. To sign up for the Google for Nonprofits program you must provide your organization's TechSoup validation token, which identifies your organization as validated. It will look something like t123a4567@MyOrgName123. Learn more about TechSoup. 

3. Wait for a decision.

Most applications will be reviewed within 2-14 business days. TechSoup will reach out to confirm your email address as well as gather any necessary additional information, so be on the look out for a follow-up email. While you're waiting, you can sign in to your Google for Nonprofits account at any time to check the status of your application.

4. Enroll in Google products, at no charge!
