Refund policy for Google Play Music

You can return or cancel a music order within 7 days of purchase (14 days for users in the European Union) if you haven't downloaded or streamed the content.

Once you download or stream any music you purchase, you can't cancel your order unless the music is defective (as described in the Google Play Terms of Service).

Request a refund

  1. Using a web browser, go to
  2. Under "Order history," find the order you want refunded.
  3. Click the Menu icon Menu > Report a problem > Select an option > I'd like to request a refund.

If you're unable to access a web browser, contact our support team to request a refund.
