Google Play Refund policy for Music
All music sales are final, though we will provide you with a refund for sales of defective music products, as described in the Google Play Terms of Service.
Additionally, you have the right to cancel any music purchase that you make through Google Play for a refund within 7 working days of the day after the purchased music becomes available for you to download or stream. Once you download or stream any music that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that music, unless the music is defective (as described in the Google Play Terms of Service).
If you feel that you may be eligible for a refund, please submit a refund request by clicking Menu > 'Report a problem' in your Google Play Order History. On that screen, you can select your issue and click the refund checkbox if you're requesting a refund.
