Return your Google Store purchase

If your item is eligible, you can return it and get a refund.

Return an Item #2 | Google Store

Step 1: Prepare your shipping label & return slip
  1. Find the order with the item you want to return in your Order History.
  2. Under the order, select View or edit order.
  3. On the Order Details page, go to your order.
  4. In your order, select Return.
  5. To print your return slip, click Print shipping label and then Print return slip.
    • You will also get an email with this information.
    • To find the shipping label, search your email for the RMA number.
    • To print your shipping label, go back to the "Order Details" page.

Tip: If 14 days have passed and the delivery carrier has not yet dispatched the product, you're unable to return an item. If the product has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel or change your order.

Step 2: Prepare your return package

Important: Transfer, back up or erase all data on the device and then reset your item to factory settings. Google isn’t responsible for using or disclosing the data on the device.

  1. Include these items in your package:
    • The box your purchase came in
    • The device or accessory
    • Other accessories, documentation and anything else that came with the device
    • The return slip from your return confirmation email
  2. Remove these items from your package:
    • SIM card
    • Device cases
    • Extended batteries
    • Accessories that didn’t come with the device
Step 3: Send your item back to Google
  • The item should arrive in its original condition. Use the shipping labels and follow the instructions in the Google Store Support email or on the Order History.
  • After the return product is inspected, a refund can take about 1–14 business days.
