Return an Item #2 | Google Store
Start your return
- Find the order with the item you want to return in your Order History.
- Under the order, select View or edit order.
- On the "Order Details" page, go to your order.
- In your order, select Return.
Tip: If you're unable to return an item, you've passed the 14-day return limit or your delivery carrier hasn’t been dispatched yet. If it hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel or change your order.
Prepare to ship your return
Ship your return through the paperless option
Step 1: Get your QR codeTo get your QR code, select Paperless Return after you submit your return request through the "Order Details" page.

You'll receive the QR code in the confirmation email.
Important: Transfer, back up, or erase all data on the device, then reset your item to factory settings. Google isn’t responsible for the use or disclosure of data on the device.
- Include these items in your package:
- The box that your purchase came in
- The device or accessory
- Other accessories, documentation and anything else that came with the device
- Remove these items from your package:
- SIM card
- Device cases
- Extended batteries
- Accessories that didn’t come with the device
- Bring your return and confirmation email with the QR code to a FedEx Ship Center or FedEx-supported Walgreens.
- Present the QR code to the clerk and they'll print your shipping label and ship your return.
Make sure that the item you'll return is in its original condition. Follow the instructions in the Google Store Support email or on the Order History. After the return product is inspected, a refund can take 1–14 business days.
Ship your return with a printed shipping label
Step 1: Prepare your shipping label & return slipTo print your delivery label, click Print shipping label Print return slip.
- You'll also get an email with this information.
- To find the shipping label, search your email for the RMA number.
- To print your shipping label, go back to the Order Details page.
