With a Google One AI Premium membership, you get access to certain AI features built by Google. The membership includes 2 TB of expanded storage and additional benefits to optimize your Google usage. Learn more about ongoing benefits.

Eligibility

To get a Google One AI Premium membership, you need to sign in with your personal Google account. If you don't have one, you need to make an account.
You must be a family plan manager. The family group members of AI Premium subscribers can enjoy Gemini Advanced features until June 30, 2025 at no extra charge.
You must meet minimum age requirements. For Gemini Advanced and Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more, you must be 18 years or older.
For now, Gemini Advanced is available and optimized only for English but can respond to queries in other languages that Gemini is available in.
You can send prompts to Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more in U.S. English only. All responses are delivered in U.S. English.

Get a Google One AI Premium membership

Important: You must sign in with your Google Account.

On your computer, go to Google One.
To select the Google One AI Premium membership, follow the on-screen instructions.
Review the new membership pricing and payment date.
Click Continue.
To confirm your Google One AI Premium membership, select your payment method.
Click Subscribe.

Switch to a Google One AI Premium membership

On your computer, go to Google One.
To select the Google One AI Premium membership, follow the on-screen instructions.
Review the new membership pricing and payment date.
Click Continue.
To confirm your Google One AI Premium membership, select your payment method.
Click Subscribe.

Change your plan

To switch to a different Google One plan:

On your computer, go to Google One.
Click Settings Change membership plan.
Choose your new storage limit:
- To add more storage space: Select a plan under "Upgrade options."
- To pay for less storage space: Select a plan under "Downgrade options."
  - If there’s no downgrade option, you're on the lowest plan.
To confirm the new plan price and details, click Next.
Select your payment method.
Click Subscribe.

Cancel your plan

You can cancel your plan in Google One settings.

Go to gemini.google.com.
At the bottom, click Settings Manage subscription. This opens Google One settings, where you can cancel your plan.

What happens when you cancel your plan

When your plan ends, you’ll no longer have access to:

Gemini Advanced. You won’t be able to:
- Start new chats with Gemini Advanced
- Continue chats created with Gemini Advanced
- Use features that are only available on Gemini Advanced

Troubleshoot issues with Google One AI Premium

When you have a Google One membership through Google Fi Unlimited benefit

As of March 13, 2024, current Google One members through Fi Unlimited+ can upgrade to the AI Premium Plan. Learn about Google One on the Unlimited Plus plan.

When you upgrade to a 5 TB+ Google One membership

Plan managers of 5 TB+ membership can enjoy Gemini Advanced features and Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more until December 31, 2024 at no extra charge.

When you’re already a Google One member

If you purchased your membership through the Apple Store:
1. You’ll need to cancel your current Google One membership.
2. After cancellation, you can sign up for a Google One AI Premium membership.
The purchase of Google One AI Premium membership through third-party integrated billing providers isn't yet available.

When you’re part of a family group

Family group members of AI Premium subscribers who are 18 years and older can enjoy Gemini Advanced features and Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more until June 30, 2025 at no extra charge.
