How it works
After you switch to or sign up for the Unlimited plan, you'll receive an email with step-by-step instructions to sign up for Google One.
Important: If you switch from the Unlimited plan to the Flexible plan, you’ll lose access to your Google One benefits 7 days after you switch. If you’d like to keep your Google One membership benefits, you’ll be notified that you can set up payment via Google One.
Activate Google One on Unlimited
To get started with your Unlimited plan’s included Google One subscription, check the instructions that describe your situation:
I am new to Fi
If you sign up as a new Unlimited user, your Google One membership will activate once you activate your Fi plan or phone service.
I already have a Google One membership
If you’re already a Google One member, your membership will automatically be discounted when you activate your Fi Unlimited plan. If you currently pay for an annual plan through Google One, you can contact our Fi support team for help redeeming your free 100 GB of Google One through Fi.
Tip: You can share your storage quota if you have a Google One family plan. See Plan Sharing FAQ for details.
