Eligibility
- To get a Google One AI Premium membership, you need to sign in with your personal Google account. If you don't have one, you need to make an account.
- You must be a family plan manager. The family group members of AI Premium subscribers can enjoy Gemini Advanced features until September 30, 2024 at no extra charge.
- You must meet minimum age requirements. For Gemini Advanced and Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more, you must be 18 years or older.
- For now, Gemini Advanced with our 1.0 Ultra model is available and optimized only for English but can respond to queries in other languages that Gemini is available in.
- You can send prompts to Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more in U.S. English only. All responses are delivered in U.S. English.

Get a Google One AI Premium membership
Important: You must sign in with your Google Account.
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- To select the Google One AI Premium membership, follow the on-screen instructions.
- Review the new membership pricing and payment date.
- Click Continue.
- To confirm your Google One AI Premium membership, select your payment method.
- Click Subscribe.
Switch to a Google One AI Premium membership
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- To select the Google One AI Premium membership, follow the on-screen instructions.
- Review the new membership pricing and payment date.
- Click Continue.
- To confirm your Google One AI Premium membership, select your payment method.
- Click Subscribe.
Change your plan
To switch to a different Google One plan:
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- Click Settings
Change membership plan.
- Choose your new storage limit:
- To add more storage space: Select a plan under "Upgrade options."
- To pay for less storage space: Select a plan under "Downgrade options."
- If there’s no downgrade option, you're on the lowest plan.
- To confirm the new plan price and details, click Next.
- Select your payment method.
- Click Subscribe.
Change membership plan.Cancel your plan
You can cancel your plan in Google One settings.
- Go to gemini.google.com.
- At the bottom, click Settings
- Click Cancel membership
When your plan ends, you’ll no longer have access to:
- Gemini Advanced. You won’t be able to:
- Start new chats with Gemini Advanced
- Continue chats that use Gemini Advanced
- Use features that are only available on Gemini Advanced

Troubleshoot issues with Google One AI Premium
When you have a Google One membership through Google Fi Unlimited benefitAs of March 13, 2024, current Google One members through Fi Unlimited+ can upgrade to the AI Premium Plan. Learn about Google One on the Unlimited Plus plan.
Members of 5 TB+ membership can enjoy Gemini Advanced features until 31 July 2024 at no extra charge. Gemini will soon be available in:

- Slides
- Sheets
- Meet
- If you purchased your membership through the Apple Store:
- You’ll need to cancel your current Google One membership.
- After cancellation, you can sign up for a Google One AI Premium membership.
- The purchase of Google One AI Premium membership through third-party integrated billing providers isn't yet available.
18+ family group members of AI Premium subscribers can enjoy Gemini Advanced features until September 30, 2024 at no extra charge.
