Authorize a Yahoo! Gemini account

To report on a Yahoo! Gemini engine account in DoubleClick Search, you’ll need to authorize DoubleClick Search to access the account using a Yahoo! Gemini account ID, a Yahoo ID and password. Once DoubleClick Search is linked to the Yahoo! Gemini account, you'll need to manually sync the account initially to get campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads along with clicks, costs, and impression stats from the engine.

  • Each Yahoo! Gemini account in DoubleClick Search must be authorized by a unique user (Yahoo ID) in Yahoo! Gemini. That is, to authorize DoubleClick Search to access Yahoo! Gemini account 10012 and Yahoo! Gemini account 10034, user1 can authorize account 10012, and a different user, user2 can authorize account 10034.
  • You must be an agency manager or advertiser manager in DoubleClick Search to authorize the account.

  1. To prepare for authorization, sign in to your Yahoo! Gemini account at yahoo.com/gemini and note the account ID on the Accounts page.

Don't see the account ID on the Accounts page? You may need to add the column to the page. In Yahoo! Gemini, click Columns, click Modify columns, and then note the account ID.

If you view another page, for example, Reporting, the account ID is included in the URL.
