Lost or missing verification postcard

Most postcards arrive within 14 days. However, verification postcards occasionally get lost. To request a new postcard:

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. If you’re managing multiple businesses, choose the one with the missing postcard.
  3. Click Request another code on the blue banner on the top of the screen.

Note: If you update your business address before the postcard reaches you, the code will no longer be valid and you will need to request another one.
