Problems with billing pages

Pop-up blockers

Google billing pages sometimes have pop-up messages that allow you to confirm and complete your actions. This means that if you've installed a pop-up blocker application or if your browser is set to block all pop-ups, you might not be able to carry out some tasks in your account.

To solve this, just add to your browser's or blocker application's list of approved sites.

If you're using a pop-up blocker application, check its help articles to find its list of allowed sites so that you can add your Google Admin console.

Older browsers

Google billing pages may not work correctly with older, unsupported browsers, such as Internet Explorer 7. For more information, please see Supported browsers.
