Eligible creators can get support in multiple ways. To get the appropriate support, make sure that you're signed in to the channel that's eligible for support (such as one in the YouTube Partner Program). If you still can't get in touch with us, let us know using the Send feedback button.

YouTube Help Centre

The Help Centre is the best place for tips and tutorials on using YouTube. You can find answers to many common questions about creating an account, watching and uploading videos, and maintaining your channel.

Make sure that you take a look at these sections just for you:

• For partners: Get help with monetising your content and collaborating with other partners.

Note: YouTube Help chat is limited to eligible creators. Make sure that you're logged in to the eligible channel.

You can contact Creator Support in the Help Centre or click Chat in the top-right side of YouTube Studio to quickly get your support questions answered or issues resolved. For certain creators, you may first experience an AI-enhanced chat support that is available for immediate assistance.

Chat support can help with the following topics:

• Troubleshoot and fix issues with your account.

• Follow policy and copyright guidelines.

• Answer your account and channel management questions.

• Improve how you use YouTube, including tips on technical or service aspects of YouTube.

• Learn more about Content ID and rights management issues.

Note: Currently, the AI-enhanced YouTube Help chat is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese to certain creators and in all regions except the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

The AI-enhanced YouTube Help chat is powered by the Gemini large language model (LLM), which is trained on Help Centre information. It offers responses to creators with support access through YouTube Studio, to answer questions relevant to the YouTube creator experience such as payments, policy, monetisation and more. YouTube Help chat can also help you troubleshoot issues with your channel, though it cannot directly make changes to your account.

When should I use YouTube Help chat, Ask Studio or the Help Centre?

YouTube Help chat

YouTube Help chat is designed to instantly assist creators with their questions and issues regarding YouTube products, all through a chat experience. It can help you to troubleshoot any problems that you may be having and provide information on topics like monetisation, policy and technical issues. Some creators will get AI-enhanced chat support for instant help. You can find the Help chat in YouTube Studio .

Ask Studio

Ask Studio is an AI creative partner integrated into YouTube Studio that helps you summarise comments, understand your video channel stats and brainstorm ideas and outlines for your next videos.
