New Google Fit app issues

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anybody else is having a odd time with the new Google Fit app.
I have a HTC M7 and A LG G watch paired and since installing the google Fit app the steps recorded is showing random results:

1. I have seen steps on my watch being randomly removed, for example after a walk the watch reports 1.600 steps and then after a sync with the app it drops to a lot lower number.

2. Yesterday it told me I did 14,000 steps but when I checked yesterdays results this morning it now shows only 186 steps!??

3. It wont record steps if I leave the phone on my desk and walk around....however if I disconnect the watch, walk around, and then pair it will record the changes.

4. The website has a better and different breakdown of steps compared to the app which makes no sense.

Has anyone else seen this odd behavior?

I think Google pushed this app out far too early, its turned a good pedometer on my watch into a lottery number  generator :)

Also the 'history' view on the watch is cramped, badly spaced and the steps text wrapping is odd.

Dakkard,

I have the LG G (with a Nexus 4) and am not seeing any discrepancy in the history - although the app is very new so only have 1.5 days data so far. Perhaps it is worth monitoring this for a few more days and posting back here further details if it is still awry?

Dakkard,

Please feed that back via the phone Wear app > Menu > Help & Feedback > feedback.

I have sent feedback via the app, I thought it was a good place to start.

Hi,

is anybody going to do something with this bug? I am getting nonsense results in GF (website included) from February. I sent feedback in the application and posted to this discussion. Nothing happened. Are you ever planning to fix it?
