Overview: Using Meet hardware for video meetings

Google Meet hardware brings Google Meet video conferencing to any size room. All-in-one touchscreen devices are perfect for spaces with one or two people, while Series One Room Kits connect to a separate display for collaboration in any size space, from small groups to large conference rooms.

You can also use Meet hardware to join Zoom or Cisco Webex meetings, or allow collaborators on other supported systems to join Meet video calls. 

Meetings scheduled in Google Calendar will automatically appear on the screen. Just tap or click to join.

Desk 27 and Board 65 all-in-one devices

The Google Meet Series One Desk 27 and Board 65 are all-in-one touchscreen video conferencing and whiteboard solutions for personal spaces and collaborative work spaces. They includes an integrated camera, microphone, and speakers.

Chromebase all-in-one device for small spaces

Chromebase for meetings is an all-in-one 24-inch touchscreen video conferencing device for small workspaces with 1 or 2 people. It includes an adjustable video camera, 2 speakers, and 4 microphones.

Meet Hardware kits for small to large spaces

Series One Room Kits include separate components that scale to any size conference room. All room kits connect to a separate display (not included) and include a controller, camera, and microphone. Other accessories, such as audio bar, remote control, or speakermic, are included depending on the kit

A touch control display is also available to control meetings using your finger or voice commands.

3rd-party systems

You can join Google Meet meetings from Cisco Webex devices using built-in interoperability, or from other compatible third-party conferencing systems using Pexip.

You can also use Meet hardware to join Cisco WebEx meetings, and control room resources such as lights.
