Use a whiteboard with Desk 27 or Board 65

You can use the Google Meet Series One Desk 27 or Board 65 to start or join a Meet meeting from the built-in whiteboard. Present and share your ideas and invite people to collaborate during meetings. You can also save your whiteboard session.

Use a whiteboard in a meeting

1. On your Desk 27 or Board 65, start or join a  meeting.
   
2. Tap Whiteboard
   
3. Tap Present to share your whiteboard in the meeting.
4. Use the stylus and whiteboard tools to draw shapes, add images, and express your ideas.
   
5. (Optional) To hide the meeting controls, tap Minimize .
   To display the controls again, tap In a Call.
   
6. (Optional)To expand the meeting in your window, tap Full screen .
   To display the whiteboard again, tap Whiteboard

7. If you want to save your whiteboard session:

   1. Tap Menu to open the side panel or in the bottom-left corner, tap Save.
   2. Enter an email address in the same domain as the meeting host.
      The whiteboard session is saved to that user’s My Drive in Google Drive.
   3. Tap anywhere on the whiteboard.
