Replace or file a warranty claim for the Google Pixel Watch

Step 1: Troubleshoot the problem

If you experience issues with the Google Pixel Watch, these can help you to fix common issues:

Step 2: Replace your Pixel Watch

For issues that you cannot fix, or for lost or damaged watches or watch parts, check your watch warranty with the interactive warranty checker to see the options available for requesting a replacement.¹

1. Find your Pixel Watch IMEI and serial numbers.
2. Pick your support option:
   1. Preferred Care: If you purchased Preferred Care, you can make a claim by talking to us. Learn how to make a claim.
   2. Under warranty: If your Pixel Watch is under warranty and your claim is covered, you can get your Pixel Watch replaced by talking to us. Learn how to contact us.
   3. Out of warranty: If your Pixel Watch is out of warranty or your claim isn't covered, you may be able to purchase a replacement for your device at a discounted price (without the charging cable and the bands). Important: You will need to contact Google Store for out of warranty claim support, even if you bought your Pixel Watch from another retailer. Check the hardware warranty centre.
