Change your card and fix payment issues

If you have issues with Google One payments, try these solutions. You can also update your Google One payment methods.

Change the card you use

You can edit the credit card you use for your Google One membership. If you want to change how much you pay, change your storage plan.

If you signed up via the Play Store

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app Google One.
  2. At the top, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Change payment method.
  4. Tap Google One and then Update.
  5. Select an option.
  6. Follow the steps on the screen.

If you signed up via iTunes 

If you signed up for Google One via iTunes on an iOS device, and later you switched to using Android devices, you can't adjust your membership or change your payment method in the app. To update your account and other info, use iTunes on another device.

The Google One plan manager can be a different person than your family manager. If so, the Google One plan manager can't see purchases made using the family payment method.
