How Google Partners uses manager account access levels

Your access to Google Partners features will depend on your association with a Google Ads manager account and your access level. What this means for you

In 2021, we’ll be updating the requirements needed to be considered for Partner badge status. This change also includes the way certifications count toward badge status.
Action Required access level
To view the Partners program tab on the left nav Users need admin, standard, or read-only level access on the Google Partners registered Ads Manager account
To edit the company’s details in the Company details card of the Partners program tab Users need admin or standard level access on the Google Partners registered Ads Manager account
 
To have certifications count toward the current Google Partner or Premier Google Partner badge.

Users need admin or standard level access on the company’s Google Partners registered Ads Manager account or any account linked to the company’s Google Partners registered Ads manager account.

Meeting this criteria makes the user an Eligible User for the current Partner badge. Learn more here

To have certifications count toward the 2021 Google Partner badge.

Users need admin or standard level access to your company’s Google Partners registered Ads Manager account. 

OR

Admin or standard level access to any account linked to the company’s Google Partners registered Ads manager account and share an email domain (@domain_name) with a user of the Google Partners registered Ads Manager account (includes admin and standard email domains only). 

Meeting this criteria makes the user an Eligible User for the 2021 Partner badge. Learn more here
