If you want to stop managing a particular account, a user with administrative access to the manager account or the client account can unlink the accounts.

Instructions
Note: The instructions below are part of the new design for the Google Ads user experience. To use the previous design, click the "Appearance" icon, and select Use previous design. If you're using the previous version of Google Ads, review the Quick reference map or use the Search bar in the top navigation panel of Google Ads to find the page you’re searching for.
To unlink an account from your manager account:
- Sign in to your Google Ads manager account.
- Click the Accounts icon , then click the Sub-account settings drop down.
- Select the accounts you want to unlink.
- On the next page, you’ll see a preview of how your sub-accounts will be affected by the unlinking action. Once you’ve reviewed the changes, click Unlink.
To unlink an account from the individual Google Ads account:
- In the managed Google Ads account, click the Admin icon .
- Click Access and security.
- Click the Managers sub-page.
- Locate the manager account you want to unlink from. A dialog will appear with a preview of how your sub-accounts will be affected by the unlinking action. After you've reviewed the changes, click Unlink.
