The payments profile (formerly 'billing customer') keeps details about the person or organisation that is legally responsible for costs produced by a Google Ads account.
It holds the contact details, payment methods and settings, and a unique numeric ID which appears on account invoices and other documents.
One payments profile may be used with multiple Google Ads accounts and with other Google products.
