Frequently asked questions
Only manager accounts where you have Admin access will be displayed in the selection list. If you have "Standard" access or no access to that specific MCC, it’ll not be displayed.
Consider the following:
- Verify login credentials: If you have Admin access but can’t find the account, you may be logged in with a different email address. Log out and log back in with the correct email before continuing.
- Request access: If you don’t have Admin access but wish to use that manager account to transition, ask the current Admin users to grant you the necessary access.
If you’re experiencing issues with the transition, review the following scenarios:
- If the "Get Started" button is greyed out or you encounter a technical error, contact us.
- If you need to use a different Payments profile (for a different organization) than the one listed, contact us for assistance.
- Ensure you’ve completed the "Advertiser verification" process. After the verification is complete, the option to transition will become available.
The bulk selection list only displays accounts that share the same Payments profile and currency, and where you have Admin access. If you have other accounts that use a different payments profile or currency:
- Complete the transition for the current group of accounts first.
- Log in to one of the remaining accounts.
- Start the transition process for that specific profile or currency group.
The handling of your remaining balance depends on whether your account has a credit or an outstanding amount:
- Positive balance: Any leftover funds from payments or credits will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Note that promotional offers and certain adjustments are excluded from refunds. Refunds take 2 weeks for Google to process, and additional time for your credit card company or bank to process the transaction.
- Negative balance: If you have an outstanding balance at the time of the transition, the amount will be charged to your primary form of payment within 30 days.
