Manage your queries

When you access the Query Tool, you're presented with a list of any existing queries that you've created. If you haven't yet created any queries, the system displays a message "No data to display". This page provides quick access to some basic query tasks and displays vital query information.

To make the management of your queries even more efficient, you can

  • Mouse over any query to expose a hover card which displays query details--you can do this without opening the query. 
  • Run a report from an existing query via the Run Now link in the Queries' overview page.

What can I do from the Queries list page?

From the queries list page, you can perform the following tasks:

Edit a query (click on the query name to access the query details.)

Copy a query

  1. From the left sidebar, click All queries.
  2. From the All queries list page, select the query you want to adjust. 
  3. Click Copy

Delete a query

  1. From the left sidebar, click All queries.
  2. Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all the queries in your list.
  3. (Optional) You can deselect individual queries as needed.
  4. Click Delete
