DFP admin content This article is for DFP administrators or roles with similar permissions

The graphic below provides an illustration of the relationship between rate cards, teams, workflows, and inventory. You can find another illustration on this topic at Publisher University in Infographic: Teams.

1: users and rate cards must belong to the same team Users (salespeople) and rate cards must belong to the same team in order for users to have access to the rate card.

2: workflow and customizations apply to all product under the rate card The workflow you add to a rate card will apply to all products under the rate card. Similarly, customizations you add to a rate card will be available to salespersons using products under the rate card to create their proposal.

3: ensure inventory you add to products belongs to the same team as salespersons When you build products, you must ensure that inventory you add to the product belongs to the same team that salespersons belong to if they are to use those products.
