Step 2. Sign up for YouTube TV

If you haven't already, sign up and customise your YouTube TV membership. 

Note: To be eligible for YouTube TV, you must meet:

• System requirements
• Location requirements
• Internet download speed requirements

Step 3. Cast programmes to your TV

1. Make sure your computer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your streaming device.
2. Go to YouTube TV on a web browser. 
3. Choose a TV show or video.
4. Click Cast  in the video player.
5. Choose the device that you want to cast to.

Step 4. Stop casting 

Tap or click Cast   Disconnect. 

Fix a problem

If you're experiencing issues with video streaming, try the first troubleshooting tip below and see if it fixes the problem. If not, move to the next step.

Restart your browser and devices:

1. Close and reopen your browser.
2. Restart your router.
3. Restart your computer.

Check for updates:

1. Update your browser to the latest version.
2. Consider using Chrome for the best YouTube TV experience.

Check your connection:

1. Make sure that you're connected to the Internet. YouTube TV requires a connection of at least 3 Mbps for optimal viewing experience.
2. Restart your Wi-Fi connection.
3. Change the video quality to a lower setting. Select Settings  in the video player  Quality.
4. Close the video player, reopen it and try watching the video again.
