In December 2019, Google will update the Gambling and games policy to allow state-licensed entities to promote online casinos in Delaware, Nevada, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
The update will also integrate the US Sports Betting beta into the Gambling and games policy.
Advertisers must apply for certification. The Gambling and games policy page will be updated when the policy goes into effect.
