Google provides translated versions of the Advertising Policies Help Center, though they're not meant to change the content of the policies. The ad creative guidelines have been updated to disallow ads that direct users to click on Google +1 buttons, as well as ads that imply or directly promote offers, prizes, monies, monetary equivalents, services, or deals in exchange for +1 clicks. The policy description has been updated to reflect this change.
