Google provides translated versions of the Advertising Policies Help Center, though they're not meant to change the content of the policies. The Google Ads policy on hacking will change around early April 2011. The policy is changing to prohibit ads for phone tapping. The change will affect all countries. After the new policy goes into effect, the policy description will be updated to reflect this change.
