The Google Ads policy on webspam, invalid clicks, and webmaster guideline violations will change around late February 2011. The policies are changing to simplify our policies around spam-related issues. The change will affect all countries. We made this decision in order to streamline our policies and eliminate confusion among advertisers about our spam-related or webmaster-related policies. After the new policy goes into effect, the policy description will be updated to reflect this change.
