Channel membership eligibility on YouTube Gaming

The YouTube Gaming app will go away on May 30, but you’ll be able to find all of your favorite gaming videos in the YouTube main app at www.youtube.com/gaming. Learn more about Gaming on YouTube here.

Eligibility requirements

We are currently rolling this feature out to some channels. If you’re in this group, you’ll see this feature at youtube.com/channel_memberships.
To be eligible for channel memberships on YouTube Gaming, you have to meet these requirements:
  • You have a "Gaming" channel
  • Your channel is enabled for live streaming
  • Your channel is in the YouTube Partner Program
  • Your channel has over 1,000 subscribers
  • You are over 18 years old
  • You are located in one of the available locations
  • You are in compliance with our terms and policies
