View analytics by channel

You can see analytics data on the channel level in the YouTube Studio app. Use the tabs at the top of the screen to see cards that show how well your video content is performing.

  1. Open the YouTube Studio app .
  2. Tap the menu   > Analytics.
  3. Choose one of the tabs at the top of the screen. Click below to see what data each section shows:
  • RealTime views
  • Watch time
  • Views
  • Average view duration
  • Estimated revenue*
  • Subscribers
  • Watch time from subscribers
  • Likes (vs. dislikes)
  • Top videos

  • Estimated revenue
  • Estimated monetised playbacks
  • Transactions
  • Ad types
  • Top-earning videos
  • Top countries by CPM

  • Traffic source types
  • Top external sources

Note: You may see different metrics in YouTube Analytics based on the platform – Classic desktop, YouTube Studio desktop or the YouTube Studio app. This is because up-to-date metrics are available more quickly in Analytics on YouTube Studio (both on desktop and on the app) than on Creator Studio Classic.
