Break apart, delete, or duplicate a Group

Break apart a group

When you break apart an instance of a grouped set of assets, the group itself will still exist in the Asset Library, and any other instances of the group will remain together.

To break apart a group, right-click it on the workspace, and select "Break apart" from the pop-up menu.

Delete a group

When you delete every instance of a group from the workplace, the group will still exist in the Asset Library for later use. If you want to completely delete the group, you need to delete it from the library as well.

To delete a group, right-click it in the Asset Library, and select "Delete" from the pop-up menu.

Duplicate a group

When you duplicate a group from the workplace, it doesn't create a new group in the Asset Library. Instead it just reuses the group definition. If you really want to make a duplicate group, you need to duplicate it in the library.

To duplicate a group, right-click it in the Asset Library, and select "Duplicate" from the pop-up menu.
