Manage invitations

This article describes how to manage invitations from the new Search Ads 360.

Accept an invitation

You’ll get an email when someone invites you to an account in the new Search Ads 360. 

Review and accept the invitation to gain access. 

  1. Open the email invitation.
  2. Click Review and accept.
  3. At the bottom of the next screen, click Accept.

Contacts have 20 days to accept an invitation.  If an invitation expires, please ask your account Admin to resend it.

Accepting access with an alternate email address

If you receive a Search Ads 360 invitation to the alternate email, you can still accept the invite.  Access the account with the alternate or primary email address associated with your Google account.

If you sign in with an alternate email address, you must use the primary Google account's password.

Once you accept, you can sign in to the new Search Ads 360 with either the primary or alternate email address.  Admins can see any email address linked to a contact on the "Access and security" page.

Withdraw a pending invitation

Withdraw an invitation from the "Pending invitations" table in the new Search Ads 360.

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to a manager or sub-manager account.
  3. In the top right corner, click the tools and settings icon .
  4. Under “Setup”, click Access and security.
  5. On the “Users” tab, find the invitee in the "Pending invitations" table.
    Missing users?
    By default, the table will be in list view and only show contacts linked to a manager account.  If you don't see a contact, switch the toggle List view on above the table.  Contacts linked to each sub-manager account will appear in hierarchy view. 
  6. In the "Actions" column, click Withdraw.
  7. In the pop - up window, click withdraw to confirm.
