This article describes how to manage invitations from the Search Ads 360.
Accept an invitation
You’ll get an email when someone invites you to an account in the Search Ads 360.
Review and accept the invitation to gain access. If you don't receive the invitation email, check your spam or junk mail folder. You may also ask the account Admin to resend the invitation.
- Open the email invitation.
- Select Review and accept.
- At the bottom of the next screen, select Accept.
Contacts have 20 days to accept an invitation. If an invitation expires, then ask your account Admin to resend it.
Accepting access with an alternate email address
If you receive a Search Ads 360 invitation to an alternate email address, you can still accept the invite. Access the account with the alternate or primary email address associated with your Google account.
If you sign in with an alternate email address, you must use the primary Google account's password.
Once you accept, you can sign in to the Search Ads 360 with either the primary or alternate email address. Admins can see any email address linked to a contact on the "Access and security" page.
