Google Store processes all payments in local currency. Refunds to international credit cards may reflect minor variations due to fluctuating daily foreign exchange rates. Google does not have any control over the rates applied.

Most items that you buy from Google Store are eligible for return. You can return the items within 15 days from the time that you received them. Learn more about the Google Store return policy.

Start your return
- Find the item(s) that you want to return in your order history.
- Under the order, select View or edit order.
- On the 'Order details' page, go to your order.
- In your order, select Return.
Tips:
- If you're unable to return an item, it's because either:
- The return period for your device has passed.
- Your delivery carrier hasn't been dispatched yet. If it hasn't been dispatched, you can cancel or change your order.
- If you purchased your product from an approved third-party retailer, contact the retailer to return it.
Prepare to send your return
Important: If you buy multiple items in one shipment, you can return all items in one box with one shipping label. Instructions are provided in the return email.
Send your item with a printed delivery label
Step 1: Find and prepare your delivery label and return slipAfter you start your return, you'll get an email with your return delivery label and instructions.
To find your return info:
- Check your email: Search your inbox and spam or junk folder for an email with your return info.
- Search for your RMA number: The return confirmation email contains your RMA number, which is essential for tracking your return. You can search your email for this number to find the correct label and instructions.
If you still can't find the label: Go back to your Order details page. You should find an option to print your delivery label and return slip there.
Once you have your label and return slip, print both.
Important: Transfer, back up or erase all data on the item and then reset it to factory settings. Google isn't responsible for the use or disclosure of data on the item.
- Before you return your device, back up data if needed.
- Pixel phone:
- Pixel Tablet: Back up your Pixel Tablet.
- Pixel Watch: Back up your Pixel Watch.
- Fitbit: Sync your Fitbit data.
- Fitbit Premium subscription will be cancelled as part of a return as it was included in the purchase.
- If necessary, factory reset your device and remove the SIM card.
- If you can't factory reset your device, log out of your Google Account on the device.
- Pixel phone: Factory reset your Pixel phone.
- Pixel Tablet: Factory reset your Pixel Tablet.
- Pixel Watch: Factory reset your Pixel Watch.

- Smart home device: Factory reset your device.
- Before you dispatch, remove all Google smart home devices from your account in the Home or Nest app.
- If you've activated any subscriptions, make sure that you cancel them.
- Include these items in your parcel:
- The box that your purchase came in.
- The item or accessory.
- If eligible for a refund: Include other accessories, documentation and anything else that came with the item.
- If eligible for a replacement: Only include the item that you're exchanging.
- The return slip from your return confirmation email.
- Remove these items from your package:
- SIM card
- Item cases
- Extended batteries
- Accessories that didn't come with the item
- Package your item securely: To protect the device during delivery, use a sturdy box with enough cushioning material.
- Make sure that any old delivery labels on the box are removed or covered.
- Attach the delivery label: Securely attach the printed return label to the outside of the parcel.
- Use the correct delivery carrier: The return delivery label specifies which carrier to use, such as UPS or DHL.
- You must use these carriers, even if your original delivery was from a different one.
- Drop off the parcel: Take your parcel to an authorised drop-off location for the carrier listed on your label.
After your item is received and inspected:
- If eligible for a refund: A refund can take about 1–14 working days.
- If eligible for a replacement: A replacement item will be dispatched.
