Google Photos not showing up in My Dashboard

So I'm trying to check on how many pictures I have backed up etc using the Dashboard link.  Well, I see a lot of things except for Photos.  Why is mine missing?

I was over at Android Police and everyone else seems to be able to go there and see the Photos section.  My question is why is mine missing and how do I get it back?

Running off desktop.

Thanks

Hi Jose, this is really weird. Do you have a personal Google account or a G Suite one? Have you tried a different browser? Did you ever upload photos from the now retired Picasaweb?

Thank you Paolo for a response.
1. Personal Google Account
2. Have tried the 5 major browsers + mobile
3. I did upload some when picasaweb was around.

Thanks for the information. So far I unfortunately don't have any suggestions, so I'll keep monitoring the issue.

Does somebody know whether this issue (I myself have the same one) is related to the problems around face recognition, lack of updates of places, album suggestions a.s.o.?

Hi rschoene27, are you also missing the Photos section in the Dashboard? If so, although I don't have any information on this, it's very unlikely to be related to face recognition or automatic album update issues.
