Edit & share your memories

You can use Google Photos to automatically organize your photos and videos into a timeline of meaningful moments. You can customize your memories and share them with others.

Important: If you can't find Memories view, it may not currently be available in your country. It will be available globally in the coming months.

Find memories on your computer

On your computer, you can find your memories under Albums. Learn how to edit photo albums.

Additionally, on your computer, you can only find memories you created from scratch and memories that you shared with others.

Share a memory

You can share a memory highlight. To let others add photos and videos, you can share the entire memory as an Album.

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. On the left, click Albums.
  3. Select the memory you want to share.
  4. At the top, click Share Share.
  5. Select people to share the memory with.
  6. Click Send Send.

Remove a memory from Albums view

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. On the left, click Albums.
  3. Select the Album that you want to edit.
  4. At the top, click More More and then Remove.

Add or remove memory highlight

On your computer, you can find and edit memories created on your mobile device. Any edits made on your computer appear on your mobile device. You can't create memories on your computer.

Add a memory highlight
  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. On the left, click Albums.
  3. Select the Album that you want to edit.
  4. At the top, click More More and then Edit album and then Add highlights.
Remove a memory highlight
  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. On the left, click Albums.
  3. Select the Album you want to edit.
  4. At the top, click More More and then Edit album.
  5. Click the memory highlight that you want to remove and then Remove.
