Feed audit and translation
Feed audit, merchant excellence report, and LIA Accelerator audit
Eligibility: CSSs or merchants can request these services for accounts meeting the criteria below.
- Feed audit
The Feed audit report provides customized analysis for Shopping ads to help you improve feed health and address account issues. This service is available for any account with a spend of at least $500 USD per month on Shopping.
- Merchant excellence
The Merchant excellence report provides data quality insights in spreadsheet format. It shows improvement opportunities for the most important attributes and features linked to feed data quality and shows how they compare with a benchmark of the top retailers in the region. This service is available for any account spending $100k monthly on Shopping. View a sample of the report.
- LIA Accelerator Audit
The LIA Accelerator Audit provides a customized recap of your Google Merchant Center setup for Local Inventory Ads campaigns. This audit identifies the top disapproval reasons, product gaps, and suggests improvements aligned to latest best practices in order to improve the ads performance. This service is available for any account with live Local Inventory Ads campaigns, with a minimum spend of $100,000 per month on Shopping.
To get your report: Fill out the Feed audit and data quality insights form and choose either “Shopping ads (online ads, product listing ads)” or “Local inventory ads (LIA)”. You should receive the requested audit within 2 business days.
