No, the text for the survey is currently not customizable. All text that appears in the survey, including the option for customers to leave comments, cannot be removed.
Note: The Google Customer Reviews survey may be customizable in the future, as Google continues to improve the program.

For most merchants, you can check if you have Google Customer Reviews ratings by following the steps below:
- Go to the following URL: https://www.google.com/shopping/seller?q=example.com.
- Replace "example.com" with your domain (please do not add prefix "www." to this domain).
- Click any link labelled Google Customer Reviews.
What happens if I don't have a seller rating?
Your Google Customer Reviews badge will state “Rating not available” in lieu of a rating (i.e. the numerical value and star rating). A minimum of 150 reviews is required to establish a seller rating.
