Configure your account

This page explains how to sign up for the Google Customer Reviews feature within your Google Merchant Center account.

Note: If you already have a Google Merchant Center account, skip to 2.

1. Create a Merchant Center account

1. Visit merchants.google.com.
2. Click Create an account, and follow the prompts to sign up.

2. Opt in to Google Customer Reviews

1. Log into your Merchant Center account.
2. Make sure your Merchant Center account is verified and claimed.

If you’re using Merchant Center Next, switch to the classic Merchant Center experience.

3. Click Growth in the navigation panel on the left.
4. Click Manage programs.
5. Go to the Customer Reviews card.
6. Click Enable to sign up.
