If you're having difficulty transferring your data feed via FTP, we recommend using passive mode FTP. If you're using command-line FTP, type quote PASV before you upload your file to turn on passive mode.
If you're using a graphical FTP client, there should be a check box for passive mode FTP. To set passive mode FTP in Internet Explorer, click "Internet Options" in the "Tools" menu, click the "Advanced" tab, then check the "Use Passive FTP" box. Using passive mode should alleviate any FTP connectivity problems you may have.
