How to fix: Ineligible for ship-to-store vehicle fulfillment

Remove the vehicle fulfillment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute, or change the value to match the type of vehicle fulfillment for which your account is approved

Why this issue is happening

For one or more of your products, you’ve submitted the value “ship_to_store” for the option [option] sub-attribute of the vehicle fulfillment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute. You must be approved for in-store fulfillment before you can use the value “ship_to_store”. According to our information, you have not been approved for in-store fulfillment and therefore are not eligible to submit this value for this attribute. As a result, your offer has been disapproved.


How to fix your issue

To resolve this issue, you must submit a value for this attribute that matches the vehicle fulfillment type for which your account is approved and meet the requirements for that fulfillment type. For example, if you have been approved for online vehicle fulfillment, you’ll need to change the value from “ship_to_store” to “online” in your product data. You’ll also need to provide shipping information.

If your account is not approved for vehicle ads, either remove this attribute or follow the steps to become a vehicle seller.

Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center

Step 1 Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2 Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3 Click on the title of the product you want to fix, then click Edit product.

Step 4 Either remove the vehicle fulfillment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute or change the value for the option [option] sub-attribute to reflect the fulfillment type for which your account is approved.

Step 5 Click Save.

Fix multiple products at once

Step 1 Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2 Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3 Select the download icon Download to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.

Step 4 Compare the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that either the vehicle fulfillment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute is removed or the value for the option [option] sub-attribute has changed to reflect the fulfillment type for which your account is approved.

Step 5 Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

Note: Vehicle ads are currently in a limited beta, and you must be approved separately for either or both in-store or online fulfillment. If you’re interested in participating, contact your Google representative.


Next steps

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.

Keep in mind: It may take some time for your change to be reflected on the “Needs attention” page.
